The Cursed Coast

The Cursed Coast is a series of horror novels by Martin Weller, set in various locations on the Welsh Coastal Path. Each book is stand alone, although they occupy the same universe (there may even be the occasional Easter egg for the careful reader). The first is The Recluse Rules which takes place in Barry. The H-index moves to West Wales, specifically Marloes in Pembrokeshire. A third novel will be situated in Aberporth. The novels can be read independently and in any order.

The coast, and the sea, plays a different, but crucial role in each novel, providing a dramatic setting, mythology, isolation and threat. Also, a good way to plan a holiday.
